Final Party
Plan a final party potluck for Week 10 in your cleanup zone (but don’t leave a mess!).
1. Invite all the neighbors who participated in the Meetup Cleanup.
2. Have everyone bring something to share—and bring your own plates, silverware, and cups so you don’t generate waste. Use the Volunteer Roles sheet to organize it.
3. Ask each person to say their name and share the most interesting thing they discovered during the activity.
4. Thank your neighbors for helping to clean up the space, and share how many gallons of trash you picked up as a group.
5. Offer a small token of appreciation, such as matching handkerchiefs or reusable napkins.
6. Let them know that they’re invited the next time you do another Earthcare Activity.
